Hello everyone,

How are you doing today?

Living with type 2 diabetes can be a daily challenge, with some days where blood sugar is well-controlled and others where it feels much harder to manage. From balancing meals and physical activity to dealing with blood sugar fluctuations, each day can bring something different.

How do you cope with those moments when your blood sugar is difficult to control? Do you have any tips or habits that help you stay motivated and manage the disease more effectively on a day-to-day basis?

Whether it’s advice on diet, exercise, or stress management, your experiences can inspire and support others facing the same challenges.

Looking forward to reading your stories and tips! 💬✨

Best,

Somya from the Carenity team 🌼

I eat only breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I don't eat anything between meals and nothing after dinner. I try to walk everyday.

I make sure to check my sugars before meals and write them down so I can give them to my NP when I have visits.
