Hey everyone, I have a great way to stabilize my blood sugar using everyday ingredients from the grocery store to create a salad dressing.

@kmatnick5‍, I have edited your post to be in accordance with guidelines. I am glad you have found a way to stabilize your blood sugar levels using everyday ingredients... feel free to post the ingredients here in the comments and how you use them.

However, it is against the guidelines to request that people comment for you to inbox them.

Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing the great ingredients.
