Good for you for putting yourself first. I have to remember to take care of number 1 because I've been too depressed to take care of myself. If I'm not good to me, who else will be? I'd offer condolences on your break up but you seem to be planted very firmly on your feet.

@Maliahcalhoun1 My therapist said to me take small bites of courage at a time. I've been too depressed to get out of the house, drive anywhere, and do little around the house too. That idea of little bites of courage might just help me to get out. I hope this advise helps you too. My therapist said she saw Lady Gaga say it to Oprah, if that makes any difference. Best to you

I was having bad depression not wanting to go on with life took vitamin d for few weeks and I feel alot better still taking and don't get me wrong I have my days but nowhere like it was maybe this will help someone out I hope cause I know that empty feeling o so well
