I smoke marijuana every day. I have high anxiety and pot relaxes me. It helps me go to the store with all the people there. I go to the store with my fiance Joe and he helps so much, but he doesn't like to go to the store either. We both feel the same about that. It's always good to be home.

Marijuana is the only way for me to go. I have been down that pharmaceutical road and it wasn't pleasant. I like sativa because it gets me creative and makes me stoned. I like getting stoned. I have been using weed since I was fifteen. I like indica also because it makes me nice and mellow and I can sleep well.

I posted a few months back about using cannabis for medical and Bipolar and how helpful it was. And it was until it wasn't!! I had been using for almost 4 years and during covid with many stressful situations I began having many "ups & downs" "rapid cycling."

I decided to give the cannabis a break to see if it would help. It has and I feel more clearheaded than a very long time and didn't even know I was like this? It feels pretty good. I wish I could continue the cannabis for the anxiety as it did feel really good to relax but I needed more and more and after while it didn't work very good, in fact I think it was enhancing the anxiety while using. So for now I'm stopping it. I'm working with my psychiatrist to switch up my meds to get a better balance which I wasn't able to do while using the cannabis since I don't think it was working.

I think I knew all along it probably wasn't the best thing for me but I wanted it to work so bad!!😔

I use the indica and it works for me. It takes the edge off. I've been using it for a year now and love it. I use sativa when I'm down. It's not for everyone though

@SparkleMThank youotion14 thank you for defining the two types of marijuana. I am 52 and have smoked since I was 24. Personally for me, smoking helps the bipolar, the depression, the anxiety and the ADHD. I'm lucky I've never had bouts of paranoia that sometimes come with marijuana. I would just advise that everything should be taken in moderation

I use cannibus for multiples reasons. I have a cannibus card and got it because I have fibromyalgia so I use it for pain. I have noticed that using it, it has also helped minimize my depression. I still have moments but they have subsided. It also helps with my sleep. I have been using it for bout 10 years plus. Won't admit actually how long, I be 51 years young so that should give you an idea. I know a lot of us used it in our early years. It helps me to be able to stay away from taking so many pain meds and I have been able to decrease my Cymbalta by using it. Everyone has different reactions and opinions on this so called drug. I never thought it as a drug cause it grows out of the earth. Hope this helps message me if you want to know more.
