Every morning I have 3 egg whites to one yolk. 1 chicken link sausage. 1 cup oatmeal. Flatbread made from spinach. Half cup expresso and 64 oz water

@justjet I agree with everything you posted except for the coffee. I don't drink coffee, I prefer black tea.

I eat breakfast every morning. My sugar will drop if I don't

I am doing intermittent fasting and sometimes eat brunch. It might be a breakfast or it could be my one meal a day.

I believe so. Since I cook breakfast daily my glucose is between 98 to 109 daily. My a1c went from 6.2 in December to 5.2 last week. I have a half cup expresso. One egg either sunny side or scrambled. Chicken sausage link and 1 slice bacon. And half of spinach flat bread. And half cup oatmeal. My cholesterol is perfect and blood pressure is good. Taking a inhibitor now once daily to have pancreas produce its own insulin

@wreed61499 I agree. Just found out that my thyroid is off and I have to take synthroid now. Wondering how that will affect my numbers.
