Hello everyone,
How are you today?
Who hasn't heard on countless occasions that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? The idea that this first meal ensures that we have plenty of energy for the entire day has become well ingrained in our minds.
What about you? Are you a breakfast person? What are the benefits to breakfast in your opinion? What do you usually eat?
Let's share together below!
Take care,
Courtney

If I don't eat something healthy I find myself feeling slightly light headed at times.

Yogurt only in the morning for me. Anything else I’d probably throw up.

I have to have something to eat in the regardless of how small. I use time to eat breakfast as time for my daily spiritual healing as well.

I used to eat breakfast everyday but now I just have a couple cups of coffee while I read the newspaper. I just don't want food in the mornings

I love breakfast it is my best meal of the day. I love my omelette. I start with veggies, Celery, spinach, onions, tomatoes, cabbage, left overs from night before, peppers red, yellow, orange, hot peppers, zucchini, broccoli. Then I add a couple of turkey sausages, substitute eggs. Occasionally cheese, and top with Hot Salsa and Mexican Creama. I try for at least 4 or 5 veggies.

I eat everything from cereal (grapenuts to frosted flakes) to leftover pizza. When I was camping, breakfast was whatever was easier to cook/eat without making much trash or require much clean up time. I never noticed any difference in my thinking or ability to move. I do,however require a cup of coffee immediately upon rising. I don't even have to swill it all down; I just need to know it's sitting in front of me.
