Hello everyone,
How are you doing today?
Hormones...they are our chemical messengers! They act on the development or functioning of an organ and are essential to the proper functioning of the body. They regulate our reproductive activity, our growth, our sleep, our digestion, our mood, our stress and our emotions. Their role is vital!
Thus, a hormonal imbalance can affect our health, which translates into, depending on the type of hormones: weight gain, mood disorders, fatigue, dry skin, etc.,cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, neurological diseases, behavioral disorders.
The good news is that it is possible to stimulate and regulate them, with the help of medication, a suitable diet and also through the adoption of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
And you, how do your hormones govern your daily life? Are you concerned by a hormonal imbalance? Which ones? How do you treat it? Do you have any advice?
Don't hesitate to share your experience in the comments below!
Have a nice day,
Lizzi
