Hello everyone,
As we know there is not one cure for Osteoarthritis; however, there are multuple recommended natural herbs/suplements that have been said to help obtain relief from OA. Such nare tumeric supplementation, fish oil, vitamin K, vitamin C, etc.
What natural supplements / Herbs have you tried and to what success? Please state the supplement / herb, the dosage (if known), and success/non-success.
Thank you.

Hello Lee,
Tumeric did help my arthritis but it also upset my stomach. I might try it again but at a lower dose. The only drug that has ever really helped my arthritis is Celebrex.

I have tried fish oil, tumeric, and collagen. The collagen peptide made me look younger, but in general did not help too much with any pain!
I have cervical OA. Does anyone else have it?

Hi, I'm looking for information or tips for my OA.
I'm trying to treat it naturally, and want to reduce the number of medications I take as much as I can... I've been reading into "grandmother remedies" and other natural methods and I heard that herbal compresses can help?
Has anyone tried anything like that?
Thanks in advance!
