Hi everyone, how are you doing? How do you handle the muscle or joint pain caused by your lupus? Is there a particular medicine or technique that helps you? An alternative treatment?

For pain I take Ibruprophen & acetominiphin. My TENS unit (electrical stimulation) is fantastic! It really relieves stiff, cramped muscles. Topical creams: Real Time Pain Relief, Tiger Balm & Dr. Bob's Medicated Oil by Blue Poppie,
