Do certain foods exarcebate endometriosis? because I feel like on certain days, when I am eating a lot of say, unhealthy food, the pains are more pronounced than normal. Will eating more fibrous food while cutting more meat help? I am geenrally a very active person, who follows a balanced diet, except for a few cheat days. Appreciate any info
