@cristalis
Try to analyze your pain during/after sex during certain times of the month... Often, there is less pain either the days /week following a period or ovulation. Also certain positions are more comfortable, often face to face becuase of the position of the women's organs to the man's.
Another tip is not for less pain during sex but a way to make it more enjoyable - even during pain - which is to increase the time of foreplay.
Hope my tips help.

@cristalis @hubby44 I struggle with both pain during sex but also low lebido because of my endo. I hadn't thought about checking the times of the month, which seems totally obvious now that I think about it. It used to be a sore spot between my husband and I, but one day I sat him down so we could talk about it and I got to explain to him what endometriosis is and that it's that that makes me not want to be intimate with him, not him. That helped a lot and reassured him too.

Hi,
I've learned in the time I've had endo that painful intercourse and vaginismus are part of my life now. Does anyone else have this? How did you tell your partners and how do you get through it?
