@LizziB I have not tried Papaya leaf. The only thing in terms of diet I have found to help is to avoid alcohol and to decrease or avoid refined sugar. My platelets still drop but it seems not as much. My low platelets are due to auto-immune disease. My doctor however says there is nothing in terms of diet that helps. thanks, Lynette

Hi everyone,
How have you been lately?
For many people living with ITP, the platelet count can become a number that's always on their mind. Whether you're waiting for blood test results or trying not to think about the next appointment, that uncertainty can sometimes be stressful.
π Do you find yourself worrying about your platelet count between check-ups?
π How often do you have your platelet levels monitored?
π Have you found any ways to manage the anxiety that can come with waiting for results?

Your experience may reassure someone who's feeling the same uncertainty right now.
Take care,
