Apparently Femara is primarily used to treat breast cancer in postmenopausal women, but I heard that it can also be used in endometriosis to slow endo lesion growth and to reduce pain.
Has anyone tried it?
Hi @Minnie, thank you for opening this discussion. Let me tag some other members who can possibly share with you on this.
Have any of you been on Femara (letrozole, a type of hormone-based chemotherapy) to help with your endometriosis? If so, can you share with us about it? Was it effective? Did you have any side effects? If not, is it something you'd be interested in trying?
