How are you today?
For women with endometriosis, natural solutions are becoming increasingly popular to relieve pain and improve quality of life. These include osteopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, phytotherapy, meditation and reflexology.
Have you tried any natural or alternative treatments to ease your endometriosis-related pain? Has it been effective?

@Courtney_J I've heard of nutritional methods like supplements and diet changes to try to help endo, but I've never tried anything myself. I'd be interested to hear how osteopathy can help endo, isn't that like muscle and bone work? I also have to be careful because I have Crohn's and I know some herbal remedies and other things can interact with my meds.
