Hey! 😄
I’ve seen a dietitian a couple of times, and honestly, the best thing was small, realistic changes. Instead of “cut everything out,” they suggested swapping snacks or adjusting portion sizes, and that actually stuck.
It made changing my eating habits feel doable, not overwhelming.

Hi everyone,
Changing your eating habits isn’t easy, especially when it feels like you’re expected to overhaul everything at once. That’s why some people find seeing a dietitian helpful.
But was it helpful for you?
