Thank you for getting this conversation started! I would suggest you check with your doctor before starting a diet, just to make sure your body is ready for the restrictions. I think many people here have tried some similar diets and can give you some insight into how it worked with their diabetes. Hi
I have Type 2 and I need to lose weight to help manage my condition. I was thinking of trying Keto- I know it is low-carb, high-fat and can help insulin levels. Has anyone tried Keto while also living with diabetes. Would love to hear if it worked or if you ended up reverting back after a few months/year.
