Wow, I did not even know such a thing existed! I had to google it.
Do you use an insulin pump? According to WebMD, using an insulin pump and administering extra insulin during early-morning hours can help. Have you tried this?

Hey guys, does anyone else here suffer from Morning Phenomenon? When I wake up, I have a fairly high BG level.
I have stopped eating carbs about 4 hours prior to bedtime, at least and also walk first thing in the morning, after I eat breakfast.
This seems to help some, but was hoping to see if anyone else has any recommendations.
