Hey guys. I want to go on a diet to loose a bit of weight, the summer is coming lol. Has anyone tried going on a diet with diabetes type 2? How was it? What diet did you try?

@Polina.K Losing weight is essential. The way I do it is portion control and healthier food choices, Check for sugar content. It is okay if you see a small amount, however if you see 15% and higher, consider looking for foods that are lower. Take your medication as directed and the with insulin.
