Does depression cause back pain? Does depression lead to back pain? Does depression affect the body and how the body functions? These are some of the questions that I'm sure asking themselves. But still, I don't get any authentic answer for this.

Good advisor
Hey everyone;
I have been reseaerching online about alternative forms of treatment for depression and fell upon light therapy as a potential solution. It has been helpful for people with SAD and there is no evidence that sugegsts it shouldn't work for people with regular depression. Personally, I think it makes sense as it is in the darkness that I feel the most down. Has anyone used this type of therapy to positive results? Thanks
