How to wean off marijuana addiction?

I have been using marijuana for a long time to treat my depression but I have reached a point where I cannot function without it each day. I enjoyed the feeling initially but I have reached a point where I immediately regret smoking, after I already do so. But it is even harder to stop myself from not smoking it. I also wake up really tired in the mornings and feel that I am not productive at all. How do I get better and fix this?
How are you feeling today? :)
Thank you for opening this discussion. Marijuana addiction is a real and serious problem. It is estimated that at least 9% of people who use marijuana will become addicted to it.
