Hello everyone, how are you feeling today? 🧠💬
Many of us know that stress can cause a spike in blood pressure, but what about ongoing anxiety or depression? Living with high blood pressure can be overwhelming on its own, and when mental health challenges are part of the picture too, it can become even more difficult to manage.
Some people find that emotional stress causes temporary spikes in their readings, while others notice more long-term effects. Things like panic attacks, burnout, and even chronic sadness can all affect how our body responds, sometimes in ways doctors don’t always talk about.
👉 Do you feel like your mental health has ever made your blood pressure harder to control?
👉 Have you found any coping strategies that help you feel more balanced, physically and emotionally?
