I have been really struggling with my binge eating disorder lately. I cannot find a therapist who can help me understand why my trauma and abuse has led me to binging or how to break the cycle so I feel alone, it’s worsening my depression and I can’t see how to fix it because I don’t know what’s causing it. Any advice, insight, books, forums? Anything that can help me pinpoint why I am doing this to myself.

Can any one share some advice with NerdyxNurse? Where did you go for help with your eating disorder? Do you know of any resources (books, websites, podcasts, etc.) that can help them understand or process their eating disorder? What has helped you to break the cycle?
