Thank you @Amethyst2. How do you deal with the constant cramping and pain? Are there any medications or treatments that you take that can help reduce such symptoms?

What impact has UC had on your daily life? Have you had to change aspects of your daily life or routine because of it? Has it had an impact on your personal or professional relationships? Do you have any advice on how to cope?

@Courtney_J I think for me it's really had an impact on my social life. I can't really be spontaneous and I'm always on the lookout for the closest bathroom in case I need it. Most of the time when I get somewhere it's the first thing I'm looking for and I sometimes have to plan my day around it. It's awkward at first but you get used to having to explain to people. And having to explain to people at work was embarassing. I feel like a lot of people like my boss and coworkers and even some friends look at me differently... Does anyone else feel like that?
