Hi everyone.
For me, I try to stay consistent with doing mild - moderate exercise 4 days a week. I walk or the ride the bicycle at the gym (when weather is nice, I do venture outside for this). I stretch. And I do mild form of Yoga with some ab work.

I have not had any issues with exercise. I’ve been doing a mixture of cardio and strength and feel great.

I have UC and have to say that I found exercise to be the best thing for my condition. It releases stress and helps with symptoms.
