I have pain every day @LynndMS.
I go to acupuncture weekly which seems to help with the spasms and nerve pain.
I take my medicines
I try to stay as active as possible and stretch, which seems to help with the spasms, aches, shooting pain, and also and muscle/joint pain.
I try to get massages when I can... even if it is from a family member. This may be a mental thing though.
Some days are worse and I crumble, but I try to do as best as I can. Maintaing a positive attitude is the hardest.

I understand. Thank Goodness you have your family members to help you.
I caught my sons father in a lie .. it’s over now .. I have no family or friends nearby with the closest being 80 miles away. Things have been rough and I’m not sure what I’m going to do.

@LynndMS you caught him in another lie??? Or the same one but explaining it again?
I hope you are doing ok.

I think it’s the same lie dragged out .. the dog toys explained now (she has a dog) .. everything makes sense now. I never got the actual story before (just the “I really love you stuff”) He still hasn’t really told the full story and I’m not sure what to believe. He claims they have been friends (male and female friends don’t stay over) .. and he explained his absence from home as “family problems” .. another argument because I said if what you’re telling me is true take me to meet her (a barmaid) so then I find out he is going to baby sit the dog while she goes on a cruise.
I told myself one lie and goodbye when it comes to anyone

@LynndMS Ohhh I am so sorry. I know you feel lonely because of your living situation. Any updates on that? Any chance of relocation? Wish you were not having to go through this.

@LynndMS Our minds do not need that more added stress :(

Thank you so much for your support @siemprelucha it means a lot to me. You’re right, we don’t need added stress ... I’m going to see how the behavior is for a short time. If it’s positive then I might forgive the missteps.
I want to relocate but I bought a lemon of a house and now the interest rates are going up .. also I bought here because it was less expensive. I’m on disability ... trying to take things one day at a time especially because I haven’t been feeling well.
I hope you’re hanging in there. Thank you so much again.

Today things are worse. I’m not going to be abused ... it may be the end now. I’ve had enough ...

Hello Carenity members.
MS can be very difficult to live with because of the numerous challenges it presents, such as fatigue, cognitive difficulties, vision issues, pain, and disabilities (not to mention side effects from medicine).
How is MS affecting your life? and to what extent?
