I’ve definitely noticed that diet can have an impact, especially during flares. Eating more whole foods and limiting processed sugar seems to help me feel a bit more stable. I haven’t followed a strict diet, but I try to pay attention to what my body reacts to it’s a lot of trial and error. Curious to hear what works for others too 💛

Hello everyone, 😊
Lupus symptoms can sometimes be influenced by what we eat, and certain foods seem to help reduce inflammation or better manage flares. For example, omega-3s, specific vegetables, or limiting refined sugars and processed foods are often mentioned.
Have you noticed a link between your diet and your symptoms? And have you adopted a specific diet for lupus? Which foods seem to worsen or, on the contrary, improve your symptoms?
