I like to joke I haven't eaten in 3 years. In all seriousness my appetite is gone. Starting the day after treatment nausea is real. My dietician suggested cold foods, and plastic silverware they do seem to help as temperature wise hot foods are a no go completely for me. I have all the nausea meds but they seriously barely work. My friends aunt told me to try Preggo pops and they work better then the medications. They are morning sickness candies got mine at Walmart I did check and Amazon carries them too. Also found Life Savers wintergreen help with the metallic taste treatment leaves. Good luck everyone fighting the fight!!

Eating well during and after treatment can be a real challenge, but we’re all learning from each other. 💬
Take care,
