After a diagnosis with high blood pressure, a doctor often recommends diet changes.

How have you changed your diet since being diagnosed with high blood pressure? Has implementing these diet changes been difficult? Have you seen any benefits?

I have been trying to cut back on carbs in my diet, because I heard that carbs make you hungry, and gaining weight makes high blood pressure worse. It's somewhat challenging but I'm not really strict with it so it's not too much of a problem. I have noticed my appetite decrease and my weight keeps going up and down so I'm not really sure about that...

Cutting cholesterol and salt really lowers blood pressure, exercise and yoga help a lot
