DEAREST DAWN, I think you need a change in the environment?? Take a vacation or just go somewhere else and see if that will solve some of the problems. Sometimes, I need to get away!! I am not among the rich and famous but, I do try to treat myself to something. This is just what my mind needed to think about something else or someone else. Try that and maybe you will have some spunk in your life. I felt very bad when I was reading your post. I am in my young 60's and I do not want to be a burden to anyone. I live alone and I am not happy about it. I just know, if I don't attempt to keep myself happy, I become depressed. I treat myself to get my hair done and buy some little items for myself. Please consider what works for me. Maybe, it might help you too. I wish you many happy days ahead.

Hello Kamde,

Many of us have been dealing with not just physical pain but, also being mentally challenged. I know you may not think--you are challenged but we are all being challenged(in every aspect of life). I have a stomach pump for pain and I am going to be 69 yrs. old in June. I think the pain, I experience is making me age faster. I try to place myself in another place, past, present, or future. Anything that will help me deal with pain and the effects of our medicines. I hope you know, I need to be here more than ever. I had my mother pass away and I feel so lost at times. I never realized, how much she had helped me until she was gone. We need to keep each other close at heart because without it--we are truly lost!! When the family can not support you, others will!
