📌 Here are a few practical reminders 📌
📃 Always check the leaflet or packaging:
Medications that need to be stored between 2–8°C (36–46°F) must stay refrigerated and should not be left out for too long.
Medications to be kept under 25–30°C (77–86°F) should be stored away from sunlight, in a cool, shaded room.
🚗 When transporting medication:
Use chilled insulated pouches for sensitive products.
Use non-refrigerated insulated pouches for others, always avoiding long exposure to heat, especially in a car.
🧴 Check the appearance of creams or suppositories: if you notice melting, altered texture, or unusual appearance, they should no longer be used.
