The holiday season can be a difficult time if you’re dealing with an illness that affects your diet because it is a time that is commonly centered around meals with family and friends and celebrating with large dinners.
If you are dealing with a condition that restricts what you can eat or affects your diet, this becomes even more difficult around the holidays.
We would like to know what you eat during the holidays? Do you make a special exception for these days and eat what you like, or do you stay vigilant with your diet?
