Diet, especially calcium and Vitamin D consumption, is important in preventing and managing osteoporosis. When it comes to osteoporosis, there are many diets and recommendations on foods that should be avoided and consumed (to read Carenity's Osteoporosis Diet Tips, click here).

Do you follow a specific osteoporosis diet? Or are there certain foods you focus on consuming and not consuming? If so, have you seen any benefits?
