I feel discouraged about my weight loss.  The best thing for me is the pool, but they are all closed.

@csgilmore068 Hello csgilmore068, thank you for starting this discussion. I'm sorry you're feeling discouraged. Try not to feel down about yourself, these are trying times and it is so hard to stay healthy when we're stuck at home. Let me tag some members who can maybe share what they're doing to stay healthy while staying home!

Hi everyone, I hope you don't mind that I've tagged you. How are you feeling during the lockdown? Have your favorite activities also been closed? What are you doing to stay active and healthy? Do you have any activities or techniques you can share with us?

@blunderwhere‍ @Meerkat8317‍ @Aimjaksn39‍ @Kaminoyousha‍ @Ajensen123‍ @kygirl352‍ @Tanndeni‍ @TammyMaxwell‍ @MzDeezyre‍ @JaimeCeleste‍ @SilverMoon‍

Take care,

Courtney
