Hello everyone, 😊
Lupus symptoms can sometimes be influenced by what we eat, and certain foods seem to help reduce inflammation or better manage flares. For example, omega-3s, specific vegetables, or limiting refined sugars and processed foods are often mentioned.
Have you noticed a link between your diet and your symptoms? And have you adopted a specific diet for lupus? Which foods seem to worsen or, on the contrary, improve your symptoms?
