Do you tell your coworkers you have lupus?

I work at a small office and I never told my co-workers that I have lupus. During our most recent staff meeting, I was called out about how I get sick all the time. This makes me feel sad and almost a bit guilty? I have a toddler who brings home viruses from daycare and I take a long time to recover because of my lupus.
Should I say something? If so, what?
How are you doing today?
I am sorry to hear about your difficult office dynamics. I think this is an common question people reflect on, to tell co-workers or not to tell co-workers. Thank you for getting the discussion started. I'll tag a few members to see what they have done in this situation.

Do you tell your coworkers you have lupus? Do they understand that you may need to take days off? Do you have special allowance? How does office life work for you?
Let's share for @jasmine1092
