I miss ALL food, I miss eating without fear. I don't really adhere to the diet I should yet, as at the moment my most pressing concern is gaining and maintaining weight and when smoothies are the only safe food, there's no way to get enough calories. The hardest food for me though is peanuts, they are devastatingly painful, within 15 minutes and leave me out of commission the following day. Dry roasted peanuts from the shell, are my favorite π

Hi everyone, how are you doing today?
Living with a digestive disorder often means making big changes to the way we eat, not just for comfort, but out of necessity. Whether itβs cutting out spicy foods, dairy, gluten, or just being extra cautious, it can feel like a real loss.
π¬ Letβs talk about it:

Youβre not alone in this. Food can be such an emotional part of life, and itβs okay to grieve what youβve had to let go of.
Looking forward to hearing your stories and tips π
