Hey! 😊 I’ve been doing diet, exercise, and meds together, feels like a mix works best for me. Wish doctors asked more about our preferences, since everyone’s diabetes is different.

Hello everyone! How are you doing today?
Type 2 diabetes treatments are changing: ranging from oral medications and injections like Ozempic, to insulin, and even lifestyle-based approaches involving diet and exercise.
Some patients advocate for a more natural and individualized strategy, while others worry about side effects or the high cost of newer treatments.
👉 Do you think current treatments for type 2 diabetes are well-suited to each person’s needs?
👉 Have you ever tried or considered an alternative or complementary approach to your treatment?
👉 In your opinion, should patients’ preferences play a bigger role when choosing a treatment plan?
