Hi everyone, how are you doing? For those of you who have used the FreeStyle Libre, have you ever experienced arm pain or discomfort from it? Do you have any thoughts about what could be behind @marycc's pain?

Hi. What you're describing may be neural pain, which is why the usual pain relievers didn't help much. I've hit a spot every so often that sounds similar. The only thing that helped was to remove it. In the future maybe try another area on your arm. The company might reimburse( send a replacement ) if you explain. Hope that helps.

@marycc have you tried using other devices than CGM? POGO automatic is a great device without having to wear it on you.

HELP. I started with Libre 2 in January 2021. Have had left upper arm tenderness,,, left arm pit pain that travels to the upper outer aspect of my left breast. since January. My endocrinologist group has not heard of pain like this. It is usually a constant 2 on a 1-10 scale but can shoot up to an 8 - burning, boring pain. I have the libre on my right arm and it is fine - the left arm continues to be annoying since January - it interferes with my rest and it can wake me up. I've had a mammogram and ultrasound of the left axillary lymph nodes and all is good. Any thoughts about libre causing this pain. It is now 8 weeks - no relief. Anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxants do not help.
