Utilize it for what its there for. Be as open as you feel that you can. Focus on yourself while you're there. I have PTSD and was in a facility less than two years ago. I feel that it really helped point me in the right direction for me. Good luck and live for yourself! 😁

My family and treatment team is strongly urging me to attend a 30-day Residential Program. for my depression and suicidal thoughts. I feel like it'll be a waste of my time, money, and energy.
Does anyone have any insight on programs in the USA? What was your experience like? What should I know about programs like these?
