Stroke awareness: Did you act F.A.S.T.? ⏱️

When it comes to stroke, time is everything, and the F.A.S.T. acronym is meant to help people recognize the signs quickly:

F – Face drooping
A – Arm weakness
S – Speech difficulty
T – Time to call emergency services

🧠 But in the moment, things can move so fast (or so slowly), and not everyone experiences the “classic” signs.

💬 So let’s talk about it:
