Hello everyone! How are you feeling?

I decided to start this discussion today to talk about the importance of physical activity when dealing with cancer. Often it can be very difficult to stay active or find the right program that respects your limitations and goals. 😥

The Aunt Sister Project is a nonprofit organization that provides health and wellness programs exclusively to cancer survivors, in any phase of the cancer journey. Their next 8-week progressive training series begins September 5. Folks who are interested can register at auntsister.org! The programs are fully online.😉

How do you stay active? Do you believe in the importance of fitness for cancer patients? What motivates you to exercise?

Take care,

Polina from the Carenity team
