I have been trying to cut back on carbs in my diet, because I heard that carbs make you hungry, and gaining weight makes high blood pressure worse. It's somewhat challenging but I'm not really strict with it so it's not too much of a problem. I have noticed my appetite decrease and my weight keeps going up and down so I'm not really sure about that...
