Hi everyone ❤️
If you live with high blood pressure, you have probably heard the advice to cut back on sodium.
But newer research is also focusing on another option: replacing some regular salt with potassium-enriched salt.
These salt substitutes contain less sodium and more potassium, which may help support blood pressure control for some people.
They are not appropriate for everyone, especially certain people with kidney conditions or those taking particular medications, so it is important to check with a healthcare professional first.
💬 What is it like for you?
Would you consider switching the salt you use if your doctor said it was safe for you?
With care,
Razar from the Carenity team 💖
