In my case the conversion of 8 units of tresiba each day to awiqli was 50 units. Over a three week period blood sugars were running on the high side. Increased the dosage to 60 units for two weeks, blood sugars still a bit high. Increased dosage to 70 units for two weeks, blood sugars were more on target. Increased to 80 units for one week, found my maximum level as blood sugars were running a bit low. Reduced my dosage to 70 units which is what I have been taking as my goal dosage. Seasonal changes as well as activity level considered, 70 units seems to be my goal average. One thing to consider, once dosage is committed you are on it for a week. It was not a problem to convert to Awiqli, realistically it took about 2 months to get it dialed in. Very satisfied my endocrinologist suggested I try Awiqli.
