Hi everyone,

Taking your medication consistently is one of the biggest pillars of diabetes care, but it’s not always easy to build that into real life. With work, meals, fatigue, and stress, timing can get tricky.

Let’s share what works!

  • How do you remember your meds every day?
  • Do you use alarms, pill boxes, or other tricks?
  • Have you ever had trouble with timing around meals or activity?

Hello Somya, I use a combination of my phone alarm and a pill box — it really helps me stay on track. I’ve definitely had days where work or travel messes up the timing, but having a routine makes it much easier. Do others have any clever tricks that help?
