Hey Somya and everyone! π
I was recently prescribed a GLP-1 medication, and at first it felt a bit overwhelming starting it so soon. But my doctor explained the heart and weight benefits, which made me feel more comfortable. I still focus on diet and exercise too, but having the medication early has been reassuring. Has anyone else felt nervous starting these newer treatments?
