I feel way more stable and energetic when I drink enough water. Keeping a bottle handy really helps me stay on track!

@diabetic12 Staying properly hydrated is an important part of overall health and can sometimes be overlooked. From a healthcare perspective, it’s not only about how much fluid we drink, but also what we choose to drink throughout the day. Water is generally a good choice, while sugary drinks and energy drinks may not be the best option. Simple habits, such as keeping water readily available and drinking regularly throughout the day, can make it easier to stay consistently hydrated.

Hi everyone,
We all know hydration is important, but for people with type 2 diabetes, staying hydrated can play a bigger role in managing blood sugar and overall health. Some people even say they feel more energized and stable when they drink enough.
So, what’s your experience been?
