Since I've had this horrible OA I've been finding it so hard (like a think a lot of others with OA) to get on with life. It's always been a struggle just to manage daily tasks.

My OA is in most of my joints and as you all know the pain is just awful. Well, despite it all, my life changed just a few weeks ago when my family and I decided to adopt the dog we've all be wanting! I'm still in so much pain but she gives me that reason to get up walk around the neighborhood which I never had before. She may be a rescue dog, but she has sure rescued me as well!

@painman @Courtney_J My wife and I have started doing yoga together by watching videos and we're really enjoying it. It's really relaxing (especially the part at the end) and she's found that it's helped some with ease of movement in her knee. Hope all are well!

@painman That's great that you've got a little furry one to keep you moving! I know what you mean, sometimes I feel like it's getting worse by the day. It's frustrating. Honestly for me it's just taking things one day at a time and trying to just enjoy every moment. I'm soaking up every nice bit of sun before fall comes and winter right behind it!

My family and grand children really help too. It was hard when we were 100% stuck at home, but now that I've figured out video chats and I'm able to at least get out of the house a bit (with a mask of course) I'm doing better.
