Hello! I hate getting fatigued, but it is what happens to us. What I try to do the most is limit my exposure outside when it is hot. If I Want to exercise, I also ensure that I take breaks often (Even if my workout is prolonged) and do so in a cool area.

When do you experience your fatigue @sfkettles‍

When I was first diagnosed I used to try and fight fatigue. I was told by a caring MS nurse to SLEEP .. naps can help and staying cool is great advice too. I’ve also tried high dose biotin and I found it’s helped. I eat as healthy as possible, stay hydrated, and focus on what you most want to do.

Get yourself proper sleep and stay away from stressful situations. Exercise as much as possible (seek a Physical Therapist to help design a program) and stay timely with your medications and treatments.

Eat well and drink your fluids. Most of all try and stay positive.

I wish I had a key, but we will all face fatigue because this is what MS does to us as it reals havoc on our body. But we can try to control as much as we can control for the time being.

if you're able, allowing yourself a nap of even just 15 mins helps a lot. I am able to work from home so I can have this flexibility that i know not everyone has but it really does help. "Cat naps" I think they're called, really helps.
