Hello,

Tremors are a common symptoms experienced by those with focal dystonia, which can impact many daily tasks.

What part of your body mostly suffers from tremors? Which tasks do you find the most difficult as a result of the tremors? Do you have any modifications or tips to help perform those tasks despite the tremors?

I can't drive anymore because my spasms are too severe. I've really struggled in recent years socially, people will often stare at me and it makes me self-conscious, so I've kind of retreated into myself in a way.

A lot of people have mentioned hair cuts and I agree, that's a challenge. Luckily I have a friend who's a hair stylist so they come to my house to cut my hair when I need.
